Sport Performance Hydration
Pre-Exercise
Start sipping performance hydrate up to 1 hour prior to a major event. During intense exercise consume approximately 250ml liquid per 15-minute exercise.
This product is especially hard at work when you need it most. You wont FEEL any different but your body will be able to perform in an optimal state due ti the nutrition that this product will fuel back into your body.
1-2 scoops in your water bottle should do the trick! This is also a great supplement to use during exam season as the mental focus that this product will give, is valuable.
If you add your BCAA’s and Glutamine with this product, the results will be even more sustained. This product is not meant to stimulate your body, but to rather fuel it with all the goodness your body requires during peak performance, endurance training or long periods of concentration.
