Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt (you can use vanilla for a sweeter option)
  • 1scp JVL Collagen Protein vanilla or caramel popcorn for extra sweetness
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup of granola (choose a low-sugar option if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Berries: If using strawberries, wash and slice them. For other berries like blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, simply wash them thoroughly and set them aside.

2. Layer the Ingredients: In a glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt and the JVL collagen Protein mixed into the Greek yogurt (you may add coconut milk if mix is to thick) at the bottom.

3. Add the Berries: Next, add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt. You can mix them or layer them, depending on your preference.

4. Add Granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries for some crunch.

5. Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process until you've filled your glass or bowl, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.

6. **Drizzle Honey**: If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer for added sweetness.

7. Garnish: Top with a few extra berries and a sprig of fresh mint leaves for a beautiful presentation.
