Slender Dessert with Collagen is rich in Isolate Proteins, Hydrolysed Collagen, amino acids, MCT oils, that are easily absorbed by the gut to nourish the body, keeping it full, healthy and glowing.
JVL preparation option 1: Mix 1-2 scoops of powder with 200ml rice, coconut, almond, low-fat or lactose free milk. Fill your blender or shaker with your choice of liquid first and then add the powder. Blend or Shake well for about 10-15 seconds. Add ice or liquid to preference.
JVL preparation option 2 (using water only): Mix 2 scoops of powder with 200ml of ice-cold water. Fill your blender or shaker with water first and then add the powder and shake well for about 10-15 seconds. Add ice or liquid to preference.
JVL preparation option 3 (dessert): Add 2 level scoops (40g powder) to 120ml water in a pudding bowl and allow to stand for 30 seconds to 1 minute before mixing with a spoon. Adjust dosage to suit your physical and nutritional requirements. For a thicker consistency add less water, or for a thinner consistency add more than 120ml water.
